This site is privately owned. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. armed forces, or any other government agency. Official forms are free at uscis.gov.

Licensing

Admitted in Maryland (2009), the District of Columbia (2018) and Virginia (2026, VSB #103079). Practice limited to U.S. immigration law, which is federal law. Because immigration law is federal, an attorney licensed in any U.S. state or D.C. may represent immigration clients before USCIS and the immigration courts anywhere in the country. Miguel Palmeiro does not advise on the state law of states where he is not licensed.

Consultations

Consultations are paid: $100 for new clients, $50 for existing clients. The fee is for a scheduled meeting with the attorney to review your situation. A consultation alone does not create representation.

Privacy

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. If you call, text or WhatsApp us, we use your contact information only to respond to you. Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own terms. We do not sell personal information.
